CrowdStrike Inc. is hiring a Senior AI Agent Developer to architect and scale AI platforms for the Legal team. You will build production-grade AI agents, integrate them into critical workflows, and collaborate across Legal, Security, and Engineering to deploy secure, scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will work with Python and modern AI systems, staying current on capabilities and governance. A fast-paced, flexible environment offers impact, growth, and ownership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development in Python or similar languages for production AI/ML apps and workflows.
• Deep understanding of large language models and practical agent design, build and deployment.
• Demonstrated builder mindset—creating and delivering real AI solutions.
• Experience applying AI tech to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Awareness of AI safety, governance, risks, and guardrails in agent development.
• Comfort in a fast-evolving AI landscape and adapting tools/approaches.
• Strong business sense to align AI with enterprise needs.
• Proven collaboration across functions to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents: design, develop, deploy production-ready agents for enterprise workflows.
• Ship & Iterate: prototype, test, and refine agents; build evaluation datasets; measure outcomes.
• Reimagine Workflows: partner with legal team to center workflows around agents.
• Contribute to AI Innovators: share frameworks, train others, participate in governance discussions.
• Stay on the Frontier: evaluate new AI capabilities and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
