Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to architect, build, and scale AI platforms and products for CrowdStrike’s Legal Team.

This is a hands-on AI development role with broad ownership across AI architecture, platform development, model integration, intelligent workflows, and user-facing experiences. You will collaborate with Legal, Enterprise AI, Data, Security, Privacy, and Engineering teams to move ideas from early discovery through production deployment and adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development skills in Python or similar languages with production AI/ML experience.
• Deep understanding of large language models and agent solutions for real-world use cases.
• Proactive, hands-on executor who delivers concrete AI-driven results.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and drive outcomes.
• Knowledge of governance, guardrails, and safety considerations in AI agent development.
• Comfort in a fast-evolving AI landscape and ability to adapt.
• Ability to understand enterprise workflows and align AI solutions with business needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions to translate tech solutions into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents (Core Focus): design, develop, and deploy production-ready agents for enterprise workflows.
• Ship & Iterate: prototype, test, and refine agents; build evaluation datasets; measure outcomes.
• Reimagine Workflows: identify value points for AI, redesign workflows with agents at the center.
• Contribute to AI Innovators: share frameworks and tools; participate in training and governance discussions.
• Stay on the Frontier: evaluate new AI capabilities and ensure long-term impact, security, and scalability.
