This hands-on role spans AI architecture, platform development, model integration, and user-facing experiences. You will collaborate with Legal, Enterprise AI, Data, Security, Privacy, and Engineering teams to move ideas from discovery to production, delivering secure and cost-efficient agents.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development skills in Python with production AI/ML experience.
• Deep understanding of large language models and agent solutions.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize practical AI agents.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making, workflows, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents (Core Focus): Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents for enterprise workflows.
• Ship & Iterate: Prototype, test, and refine agents for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Reimagine Workflows: Collaborate with legal stakeholders to center workflows around agents.
• Contribute to AI Innovators: Share frameworks and tools; participate in training and governance discussions.
• Stay on the Frontier: Evaluate new AI capabilities and ensure security and scalability.
