Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy intelligent digital assistants and AI agents. You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable AI solutions for enterprise data sources.

You will contribute across the SDLC, implement secure AI governance, and collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform for low-code AI development.
• Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, including RAG and prompt engineering.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and REST services with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver AI assistants and agent-based solutions using Azure and Copilot Studio.
• Implement agentive workflows and multi-agent orchestration via low-code and pro-code approaches.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines with data ingestion, vector indexing, and grounded responses.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements to post-production support.
• Write clean, well-documented code following enterprise standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and LLMOps for model and prompt lifecycle management.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs/connectors.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
