Job summary

South Central FS in Effingham, IL is seeking an Agronomy Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of all Agronomy facilities and drive efficiency and profitability. You will supervise Location Managers, develop operations plans, and align activities with company marketing objectives.

This role requires a college degree in business or marketing and several years of leadership experience, along with a valid CDL with hazmat endorsements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Normally requires a college degree in business or marketing and at least 5 years in related leadership.
• Extensive experience in operations management and budgeting for multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all Agronomy Location Managers.
• Develop and implement operations management plans including management communications.
• Manage budgets and location expenses for maximum efficiency.
• Promote teamwork across departments and locations.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance are followed.
