• Minimum of five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Valid Commercial Driver's license (Class A) or ability to obtain and maintain.
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain and maintain.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification or ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and profitability of agronomy operations including safety, planning and scheduling.
• Lead crop production marketing, business development and consulting.
• Handle purchasing and program management with detailed industry knowledge.
• Recommend changes and improvements in the agronomy department.
• Train employees, plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and solve problems.
