Job summary

You will analyze financial data, interview applicants, evaluate collateral, and structure terms within policy guidelines.

You will build relationships by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products, while traveling to branch offices as needed to support growth and risk management in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics or Finance.
• Three+ years of related agricultural lending experience.
• Proficient with financial databases and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diplomacy.
• Travel to/from other branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business by pursuing new customers and community involvement.
• Expands existing relationships by matching products to customer needs.
• Interviews applicants and analyzes credit data using five factors.
• Determines credit risk and makes timely decisions.
• Inspects collateral and communicates decisions to applicants.
• Service and monitor loans to maintain quality.
• Travel to other branches as required.
