• Solid understanding of FSA Lending Programs and USDA
• Proven ability to develop new business and increase market share
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and staff
• Professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with staff and customers under the Market President guidance
• Provide managerial support to the Miles City Market President
• Develop staff, drive business development, and oversee lending functions (agricultural, commercial, real estate, construction)
• Represent the Bank in community activities and organizations
• Grow the agricultural loan portfolio through networks, events, and outreach
