Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or related field with formulation science focus.
• 10+ years of formulation development experience in agriculture or related industries.
• Proven ability to design stability and compatibility studies.
• Experience scaling formulations from bench to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize liquid and suspension formulations for agricultural products.
• Evaluate surfactants, dispersants, stabilizers, and rheology modifiers.
• Translate bench formulations to pilot and commercial manufacturing processes.
• Assess compatibility with fertilizers, crop protection products, adjuvants, and tank-mix partners.
• Collaborate with agronomy, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams.
