• PhD or Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in agricultural formulation development.
• Proven success in bringing innovative agricultural products to market.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for agricultural formulations.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on scientist eager to push boundaries and explore new frontiers.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development of new active ingredients (biologicals and chemistry).
• Collaborate with customers to align formulation development with regulatory and commercial goals.
• Design and optimize formulation compositions for performance and stability.
• Conduct lab experiments to evaluate properties of formulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Follow SOPs for safe lab practices.
• Record, analyze, and report experimental results.
• Present results in group discussions and project updates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
