Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Agricultural Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize liquid and suspension formulations for agricultural products.
- Design and execute accelerated and real-time stability studies.
- Translate bench-top formulations into pilot and commercial-scale manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate formulation performance with agricultural equipment and field conditions.
- Collaborate with agronomy, regulatory, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
