Job summary

TrueNorth Companies invites a Senior Account Executive to join our Agribusiness practice in West Des Moines, IA. You will manage large commercial accounts, drive growth, and strengthen client relationships across the lifecycle of service delivery.

The role requires building executive relationships, designing risk strategies, and coordinating with internal teams. A four-year degree and P&C license are preferred, with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end-to-end across the full lifecycle: onboarding, project plans, stewardship, check-ins, and renewals.
• Build executive and board-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who positions TrueNorth as a strategic partner.
• Analyze client risk profiles and design coverage strategies that optimize total cost of risk.
• Use claims and market analytics to influence executive decisions and translate insights into board-level narratives.
• Lead cross-sell, rounding, and growth opportunities; manage RFPs and enterprise risk presentations.
• Lead and develop the service team to Get, Keep, and Grow client engagement.
