Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Agile Delivery.
- Proven experience in leading or coaching Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with IT delivery teams and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Embed with teams to improve execution quality and delivery outcomes.
- Coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters on Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers affecting team performance.
- Promote consistent use of Agile metrics and practices.
