MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the USPS TAPM team. You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that improve mail processing and distribution operations across a large federal agency.

The role emphasizes Agile project management, software delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, business analysts, and USPS stakeholders to drive successful execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management-related experience.
• Experience managing technical or software development projects.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, or deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, budgets, dependencies, and project health.
• Partner with developers, engineers, business analysts, and USPS stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical work items.
• Support software development activities including coding, debugging, testing, implementation, and deployment as needed.
• Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production deployments.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, meeting summaries, and project documentation.
• Maintain project backlogs, risk registers, issue logs, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with exceptional quality.
