Job summary

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Architect/Engineer) to lead design and construction projects for USPS facilities nationwide.

You will balance technical and administrative tasks across facility initiatives, with initial on-site work and potential telework days. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management, 3–7 years of relevant experience, and ABET-accredited credentials, with travel as needed and ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• ABET-accredited programs for engineering degrees.
• 3–7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction projects for USPS facilities with budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and USPS teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and staff throughout projects.
• Draft RFPs, evaluate bids, and analyze facility systems performance.
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections for contract compliance.
