Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation.
• Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings.
• Work closely with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness across USPS facilities.
• Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts.
• Assist with developing user training and implementation documentation.
• Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules.
• Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.
