Job summary

Broadway Ventures LLC is seeking an experienced IT project manager to serve as the day-to-day coordination point for Project Argos delivery, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies in a government contracting context.

You will run a two-week Agile sprint cadence, maintain the RAID log and Jira backlog, coordinate stakeholder communications, prepare agendas and minutes for government engagements, and support monthly status reports and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

5+ years of software/IT project management experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM.
2+ years managing government contract delivery and strong federal technical writing skills required.

Responsibilities

Act as the day-to-day coordination point for Project Argos delivery, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Run a two-week Agile sprint cadence and maintain the RAID log and Jira backlog.
Coordinate stakeholder communications and prepare meeting agendas and minutes for government team engagements.
Support change and scope management, monthly status reports, and ongoing knowledge transfer.
Work daily with technical leads to keep sprint commitments realistic and traceable to contract tasks.
