Job summary

Partner’s Consulting, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Technical Project Manager II – Agile, Scrum for a contract role overseeing enterprise IT programs consisting of multiple projects.

You will coach teams in Agile, drive KPI reporting, and coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of PM experience in an Agile environment, a related degree, and a formal PM certification.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of PM experience in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
• PM certification is required (e.g., PMP).
• Extensive knowledge of PM methodologies and tools; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experienced Scrum Master with servant leadership and Agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools.
• Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestones.
• Develop program strategy and high-level project plans.
• Ensure integration of projects and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as needed.
• Enact Scrum values and practices and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate program strategy and changes to IT and business leaders.
• Deliver all projects in the IT portfolio on time and within budget.
• Track milestones and recommend adjustments to PMs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage IT to meet enterprise goals.
• Manage new technical service engineering programs to meet objectives.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules.
