Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector is seeking a Level 4 Agile Product Owner in Fairfax, VA. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, align stakeholder goals, and guide development teams to deliver high-value features on schedule.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 5+ years of development experience, and strong experience with Git, Kubernetes, and Atlassian tools. Relocation assistance may be available, and travel of about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of software development experience; 6+ years with a Master’s; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application.
• 5+ years professional development experience.
• Firm understanding of version control using Git and workflows on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Demonstrated success with Agile processes.
• Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, and/or Helm charts
• Experience with Atlassian tools
