Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
8+ years in project management, business analysis, or Agile delivery.
Proven Jira/Confluence proficiency for tracking and documentation.
US citizenship is required for this role.
Experience with agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project management, including schedule development and risk mitigation.
Maintain dashboards/roadmaps and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
Track progress across Scrum/Kanban teams using Jira and dashboards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies; remove impediments and align sprint goals.
Document requirements and translate into user stories with acceptance criteria.
