You will leverage modern cloud architectures, generative AI integration, and enterprise applications to deliver high-quality features. Responsibilities include building Python/Java backends with React/TypeScript frontends, applying TDD/BDD, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year as Agile Dev Team Member III or 7+ years in related software roles.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with Python or Java backends and React/TypeScript frontends.
• Experience integrating generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) into production apps.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design and develop full-stack applications with modern tech stacks.
• Evaluate AI approaches and determine when to use AI vs. traditional methods.
• Design scalable APIs and data models aligned with architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies.
