Job summary

Centuria Corporation seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide federal projects through end-to-end delivery in the DC area. You will drive sprint ceremonies, mentor teams, and ensure focused execution of plans.

In this role, you translate strategy into actionable sprint and release plans, remove blockers, coordinate dependencies, and use metrics to push continuous improvement across teams. A strong Scrum Master background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles.
• Active Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) and deep command of agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with agile delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile delivery end to end: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Work with project leads to translate strategy, priorities, and team resources into executable sprint and release plans.
• Remove impediments, coordinate dependencies, and use delivery metrics to continuously improve team performance.
