Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks an Agile Coach Manager to partner with the Value Management Office and senior leaders to advance agile practices and mindsets across the organization.

You will mentor Agile Coaches, design coaching engagements, perform assessments with recommended next steps, and help establish Value Streams during Agile transformations. Leadership coaching and governance are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 12+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum Master or Product Owner) and 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Develop guidance and tools for growing Agile Coaches.
• Perform assessments with key observations and recommended next steps.
• Review coaching deliverables for alignment with VMO messaging.
• Create and execute comprehensive Coaching Engagements.
• Guide senior leadership, Product Owners, and teams to an Agile mindset.
• Mature Agile capabilities and use of OKRs and metrics.
• Share best practices and drive cross-organizational collaboration.
