Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an Agile Coach Manager to lead and mentor Agile Coaches, collaborating with the Value Management Office (VMO) and senior leadership to foster adoption of agile practices and mindsets. The role builds credibility as a trusted advisor and delivers mentorship, guidance, and training across the organization.

The manager guides executives, Product Owners, managers, and teams, embedding agile values and maturing capabilities while coordinating with across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 12+ years in an Agile environment with 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Develop guidance and tools for Agile Coaches.
• Perform assessments and aid in establishing Value Streams.
• Review coaching deliverables for alignment with VMO messaging.
• Create coaching engagements outlining rationale and approach.
• Guide leadership and teams to adopt an Agile mindset.
• Advance Agile capabilities across the organization.
