Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Agile Coach Manager to lead and mature agile practices within the Value Management Office, partnering with senior leadership to embed agile values and guide multiple teams through transformations.

You will coach and mentor team members, develop guidance and tools, assess organizations, review coaching deliverables, and support senior leadership, Product Owners, managers, and Agile teams to adopt an Agile mindset, while maturing capabilities across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 12+ years in an Agile environment including 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors team members.
Develops guidance and tools for coaching maturity.
Performs assessments and provides key observations with next steps.
Reviews coaching deliverables for alignment with VMO messaging.
Develops coaching engagements outlining rationale, benefits, and approach.
Coaches senior leadership, Product Owners, managers, and Agile teams to adopt an Agile mindset.
Supports sharing best practices across the organization.
Develops training content to support understanding of Agile practices.
