Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $112.00/hr

General Information:

Fully Remote- Open to any time zone with some schedule flexibility but the worker must be available during the core working hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST

U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only

Must be able to work on our W2- No C2C.

Initial Contract is listed from 6/9/2025- 6/9/2026 with the opportunity to extend/ convert into a full time employee down the road.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead enterprise-level agile transformations, coach cross-functional teams, and enable strategic agility across business and technology units. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant or internal transformation leader who thrives in complex environments and can influence at all levels—from delivery teams to executive leadership.

This position will play a critical role in embedding modern ways of working, fostering psychological safety, and guiding organizational change through agile and lean principles. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe but can contextualize and adapt them to real-world constraints and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership in shaping and executing the organization’s strategic agility roadmap
  • Lead agile transformation efforts across portfolios, programs, and value streams
  • Provide executive coaching and mentor product managers, delivery leads, scrum masters, and other agility enablers
  • Guide the creation and rollout of lightweight, context-driven agile frameworks, playbooks, and team engagement models
  • Promote experimentation and continuous improvement via retrospectives, feedback loops, and service delivery reviews
  • Establish and maintain tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) that support visibility, alignment, and transparency
  • Define and implement agile maturity models, capability pathways, and learning strategies across domains
  • Support talent development efforts by mentoring other coaches and contributing to community-of-practice growth
  • Help teams and leaders build high-trust environments that enable autonomy, accountability, and measurable impact
  • Enable measurement practices through OKRs and team-defined metrics that reflect outcomes, not just outputs

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of agile coaching experience across multiple domains or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success coaching at the team, program, and executive levels
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles (SPC certification preferred)
  • Hands-on experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence to enable agile workflows and reporting
  • Proven ability to guide organizational change and promote a culture of psychological safety and feedback
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to design and lead workshops, team sessions, and strategic planning events
  • Experience building coaching practices or developing onboarding and competency models for agile roles

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in enterprise product organizations, consulting firms, or large transformation programs
  • Experience working in complex, multi-geography environments with hybrid teams
  • Familiarity with OKRs, value-stream mapping, and project-to-product initiatives
  • Exposure to enabling Agile Centers of Excellence or coaching communities
