Job summary

M3 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop enterprise-class software applications and to lead technical initiatives across the SDLC. This role emphasizes AI-assisted development workflows, parallel-agent orchestration, and mentoring junior engineers to improve delivery speed, quality, and engineering consistency across M3 products.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a related position.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or CS preferred.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
5 years’ experience with REST APIs.
5 years minimum experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Experience mentoring engineers in responsible AI-assisted development practices.
Proven ability to guide engineering practices and training in modern AI-assisted software development.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical contributor across the SDLC, applying engineering standards and AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborate with the team to identify user requirements and technical specs.
Direct design decisions focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
Develop and review production-grade .NET, Angular, API, and SQL code with AI-assisted tools.
Lead debugging, automated testing, deployment readiness, and validation strategies.
Troubleshoot and improve existing applications.
Create technical documentation, patterns, and review expectations for agentic workflows.
Decompose work for parallel agents and supervise agentized tasks and reviews.
Mentor engineers in prompt strategies, tool selection, and secure AI practices.
