Job summary

JSR Tech Consulting seeks a Sr Machine Learning Engineer to independently engineer Agentic AI systems and partner with data teams to deliver scalable, governable AI apps.

You will design semantic layers and knowledge graphs, build Graph RAG capabilities, and deploy ML models with CI/CD practices, using Python, C++, and graph query languages. collaboration and continuous learning are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Ability to coach others with minimal guidance and leverage diverse ideas.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes for sound decisions in the company context.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge continuously.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and deploy ML models and Agentic AI systems, collaborating with Product and Data Science teams.
• Design semantic knowledge layers and knowledge graphs for LLM and agentic apps.
• Build knowledge graphs and Graph RAG with vector retrieval, entity resolution, and multi-hop reasoning.
• Write and test application code, validate ML models and automate tests and deployments using AI tools.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
• Create data, knowledge graph, semantic layer and memory pipelines for ML models.
• Define ontology lifecycle management, schema evolution, data lineage and synchronization.
• Apply CI/CD/CT practices with test automation and monitoring for deployments.
• Provide input and coaching to team members, fostering learning and innovation.
• Tackle complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.
• Use Python, C++, SQL, Cypher, Gremlin or graph query languages.
