Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and build agentic AI applications using ADK and LangChain. You will implement RAG workflows and MLOps practices to ensure reliable deployment across Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, user-centric AI solutions with strong focus on non-functional requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years in multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, or OpenShift, with cloud-native development or migration.
• 1+ years of experience with RAG and/or agentic AI workflows in Generative AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with ADK and LangChain for enterprise AI apps is desirable.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications using ADK and LangChain.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-powered workflows for enterprise applications.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices to support reliable AI application development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications across multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, scalability, stability, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks across coding, build, deployment, and application migration.
• Conduct code reviews, promote test-driven development, and mitigate technology and enterprise risks.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and support modernization initiatives.
