Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions at the Pasadena headquarters. You will architect RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and secure AI integrations across Azure and Google Cloud, ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity compliance.

You will drive standards for LLMOps, vector search, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices while mentoring peers and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years building, integrating, or deploying LLMs and AI pipelines.
• Strong Python skills; working knowledge of C# and .NET Core architectures.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Expertise with LLM orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen.
• Proven track record deploying AI endpoints in Azure and Google Cloud ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of AI security risks and enterprise encryption/privacy standards.
• Ability to work onsite from the Pasadena corporate office four days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions and RAG pipelines.
• Partner with Applications Architect to create secure AI microservices in Azure and Google Cloud.
• Establish and enforce LLMOps standards, model evaluation, and latency/cost optimization.
• Implement AI security measures, guardrails, and data privacy protocols.
• Develop automated data prep, embedding pipelines, and vector-based workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging models and orchestration frameworks; conduct reviews and workshops.
• Monitor performance, usage, and accuracy of AI agents and models; drive continuous improvement.
