Job summary

JPC TECHNO INC is seeking an experienced Lead AI Architect to design enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on the Azure stack. You will orchestrate multi-agent workflows, leverage LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, and Semantic Kernel to build scalable GenAI platforms onsite in Los Angeles.

You will implement LLMOps, governance, security, and guardrails, collaborating with data science and engineering teams to drive cost optimization and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering expertise required.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and LangGraph/LangChain/LangSmith/ Semantic Kernel.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML frameworks knowledge.
• Proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Expertise in AI architecture, security, governance, and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, and Agent Services.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, and Semantic Kernel, including tool calling, memory, reasoning, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Develop GenAI, RAG, NLP, and ML solutions using Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Build AI solutions including Copilots, virtual assistants, intelligent automation, recommendation systems, and analytics platforms.
• Design scalable AI architecture across interaction, orchestration, integration, model, and data layers, using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks, with focus on performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Implement Responsible AI, governance, security, and guardrails using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure AI Content Safety, and enterprise security controls.
• Implement LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring, evaluation, drift detection, and telemetry using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead POCs and AI innovation initiatives, create architecture diagrams and technical documentation, and collaborate with business and engineering teams.
