Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related field.

• Strong Python programming skills with production-quality applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered solutions (prompting, tool integration, RAG, orchestration).
• Ability to work with stakeholders, translate requirements, and deliver from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using LLMs and enterprise data sources.
• Define evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance, and improve solution accuracy and adoption.
• Manage AI portfolio intake, governance, and stage-gate processes for compliant delivery.
• Create templates, documentation, and best practices to scale AI solutions across domains.
