Persistent Systems Limited in Charlotte, United States, seeks a Senior Technical Architect with 9+ years of software engineering to lead the design and implementation of Agentic QA automation patterns. You will define reusable architecture, drive standards, and mentor teams through complex production AI projects.

Responsibilities include guiding Python/Google ADK implementations, reviewing prompts and contexts, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions with strong CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 9–12+ years of software engineering experience with strong architecture/design background.
• Expert-level Python and production Agentic AI development experience.
• Familiarity with Google ADK or equivalent agent frameworks; strong prompts/context engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design for complex Agentic QA automation patterns.
• Define reusable architecture and development standards for the automation factory.
• Design reusable SOR connectors, workflow patterns, components, and integration approaches.
• Provide technical guidance for Python/Google ADK-based implementations.
• Review agent architecture, prompts, context strategy, tool definitions, and integration design.
• Establish code quality, testing, observability, and engineering standards.
• Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
