Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and automation experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI applications.
• Proven AI-driven QA framework development experience.
• Playwright framework development and customization expertise.
• Experience integrating testing with JIRA, Confluence, and XRay.
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile and DevOps.
• API testing, test framework architecture and automation best practices.
• CI/CD pipelines and quality gates knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Playwright.
• Build Agentic AI-powered testing solutions to improve test creation, execution, analysis, and defect prediction.
• Integrate automation with JIRA, Confluence, and XRay for reporting.
• Develop reusable automation components for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Leverage AI to accelerate test design, automation, and quality processes.
• Collaborate with teams to define test strategies and quality standards.
• Ensure SDLC/STLC-wide quality; participate in CI/CD initiatives.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and share automation best practices.
