Qualifications

• Production-grade agentic AI systems design and build experience.
• Hands-on with AWS AgentCore, including runtime, memory, gateway, identity and observability.
• Must-have experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Context management, memory retrieval, prompt versioning and context window optimization.
• Experience building reliable agent execution frameworks with tool-call orchestration and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool execution, and managing complex workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Hands-on AWS AgentCore development and deployment including Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Policy and Observability features.
• Design effective context management strategies covering memory retrieval, conversation summarization, knowledge injection, prompt versioning, and context window optimization.
• Build reliable agent execution frameworks with tool-call orchestration, retry handling, output validation, routing, and automated testing.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration and coordination using frameworks such as LangGraph.
