Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Senior Analyst Aftersales Business Intelligence to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN or Franklin, TN. This role focuses on BI, reporting, analytics, and automation to transform enterprise data into insights supporting Aftersales operations.

The position involves dashboards, data warehousing, governance, and collaboration with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Math or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, relational databases, enterprise data warehouses, and dimensional data modeling.
• 6+ years of experience with Python and VBA for development, automation, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and DAX formulas.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and modernizing reporting and analytics platforms, including legacy Access/Excel and cloud-based environments.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or other operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of BI, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions including scalable dashboards and models.
• Modernize legacy processes by migrating to cloud-based platforms and building Power Apps to replace Access frontend apps.
• Drive data analysis, process improvement, and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Manage projects with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and standards for development.
