Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Dayton, OH is seeking a Lead Engineer for the Modernized Software Baseline to design modern AFSIM behaviors aligned to mission capabilities. You will guide modernization of AFSIM-aligned capabilities and ensure the model set reflects operational requirements for long term evolution of C2SET.

Requirements include a BS in CS or engineering, 7+ years in C++ or Python, 7+ years in AFSIM, and a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in C++ or Python development.
• 7+ years of AFSIM development.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and REST services.
• Hands-on AFSIM behavior design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and modernize M&S behaviors and capabilities in AFSIM.
• Lead updates to model behaviors matching operational requirements.
• Drive modernization in simulation and cloud-aligned architectures.
