Job summary

The Amatriot Group is looking for a Senior AFSIM Engineer to support Modeling & Simulation efforts at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane. The ideal candidate will develop and lead AFSIM-based solutions for Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, requiring strong engineering judgment and the ability to lead teams.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of AFSIM solutions, providing guidance to junior engineers, and analyzing simulation data. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of AFSIM experience are mandatory. The position requires an active Secret clearance and on-site work in Crane, IN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, with direct AFSIM development experience.
• Proven ability to develop and customize AFSIM models.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or similar.
