Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Senior AFSIM Engineer in Arlington, VA, to support Modeling and Simulation for a U.S. Navy program. This role involves developing and leading AFSIM-based solutions to enhance Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of modeling and simulation experience, extensive AFSIM development expertise, and strong leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, with direct AFSIM development experience.
• Proven ability to develop and customize AFSIM models, not only execute simulations.
• Experience serving in a team lead or technical leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom AFSIM solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and analysts as a technical lead.
• Analyze simulation outputs and provide actionable insights to government stakeholders.
