Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution.
• Retired Air Force Officer with 20+ years EAD or retired AF Guard/Reserve with 3600 retirement points; retirement <=5 years when hired (waivers possible).
• Must complete the Air Force JROTC Instructor Certification Course (JICC) or Virtual JICC; certifications valid per Holm Center/JR.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students enrolled in AFJROTC to meet program requirements.
• Provide written lesson plans aligned with instructional objectives.
• Deliver aerospace science and JROTC curricula per Air Force guidelines.
• Assess student progress and manage the learning environment.
• Attend seminars to stay updated on program requirements.
