Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Senior Affordable Portfolio Manager to provide strategic leadership in HUD and LIHTC portfolios across the Pacific Northwest. The role emphasizes profitability, occupancy optimization, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences, while serving as the primary liaison for ownership groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in affordable housing portfolio management (HUD/LIHTC).
• Experience in fee-based management is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oregon and Washington landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability, optimize occupancy, and ensure compliance across portfolios.
• Serve as primary liaison for ownership groups and partners.
• Provide performance reporting and analytics for portfolio management.
• Mentor and develop junior portfolio managers and staff.
