Job summary

CRMG seeks an experienced Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio including HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH and LIHTC properties. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding strategic decisions to optimize occupancy, profitability and resident satisfaction.

Based in Tigard, OR, the role requires 3–5 years of multi-family portfolio management, strong leadership, and knowledge of landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years full-time multi-family portfolio management experience in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• SME knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington including Fair Housing laws.
• Advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with focus on financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Drive occupancy targets, profitability, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
