The position is based in Longmont/Lafayette, full-time and benefits-eligible, with a salary range of $104,004 to $126,906 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined education and experience in affordable housing, with knowledge of local tax policy, governance, compliance, reporting and funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year pipeline development and feasibility analyses.
• Structure blended financing and model long-term cash flow for developments.
• Coordinate with lenders, equity partners, and government funders.
