• Develop annual and quarterly growth plans aligning partner priorities with Colorescience opportunities.
• Drive partner acquisition, retention and expansion across locations and providers.
• Coordinate clinical integration with educators to embed Colorescience into consultations, treatment plans and post-care.
• Lead education-driven growth by turning Colorescience science into compelling clinician education.
• Forge omnichannel value with replenishment and digital tools like Lasting Beauty Rewards and Practice Pages.
