MANOR Aesthetics and Wellness in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. You will own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up care, performing advanced injectable treatments and developing personalized, full-face plans.

You'll collaborate with estheticians and providers, educate patients on options, aftercare, and realistic expectations, and help build a loyal patient base with exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN, PA, or NP license.
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning.
• Excellent consultation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized, full-face treatment plans.
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes and relationships.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with Estheticians and other providers to create comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and clinical compliance.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and advanced training.
• Support clinic events and community initiatives and opportunities to develop patient relationships.
