MANOR Aesthetics and Wellness in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to build a meaningful, long-term practice. You will own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up, delivering advanced injectable treatments and creating thoughtful treatment plans.

Requirements include an active RN/PA/NP license and at least 2 years of aesthetic injecting, with competence in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, strong facial anatomy knowledge, and excellent

• 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up care.
• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
• Develop individualized, full-face treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and appropriate clinical recommendations.
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes and relationships.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with Estheticians and other providers to create comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and the highest standards of patient safety and clinical compliance.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and advanced training.
• Support clinic events, community initiatives, and opportunities to develop patient relationships.
