Job summary

Élan Aesthetics by AYA in the Tampa area is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide elective cosmetic care. You will review medical histories, develop treatment plans, and perform injectable treatments within your scope of practice, including neurotoxins and fillers.

This role requires 3–5+ years of advanced skincare experience, active licensure, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of advanced knowledge of skin care and cosmetic injectables.
• Expertise in administering neurotoxins, facial fillers and other cosmetic injectable treatments.
• Current and active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating suitability for aesthetic procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks.
• Perform injectable treatments and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document all treatments accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medication administration details and patient responses.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic injections.
