Job summary

Élan Aesthetics by AYA Skin in the Tampa area is seeking a skilled clinician to provide elective cosmetic injections, perform patient assessments, and develop treatment plans within scope of practice.

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience with neurotoxins and fillers; active NP or PA licensure in Florida; weekend availability; and a commitment to safety, documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Florida.
• 3–5+ years in skin care and cosmetic injectables.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and weekend coverage.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories.
• Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision.
• Document procedures in EHR and stay current on industry trends.

Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with cosmetic injectable treatments and other non-invasive procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, and developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, and treatment administration. Must be available to work an occasional weekend day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating suitability for aesthetic procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks.
• Perform injectable treatments and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document all treatments accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medication administration details and patient responses.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic injections.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of advanced knowledge of skin care treatment and cosmetic injectables
• Expertise: Advance skills in administering neurotoxins, facial fillers and other cosmetic injectable treatments is required
• Licensure: Current and active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Associate.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
