Job summary

Elan Aesthetics by AYA in the Tampa area is seeking a skilled NP/PA to provide elective cosmetic injections and non-invasive treatments. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and perform injections with precision in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in aesthetic skincare, hold an NP/PA license, and demonstrate excellent communication with patients and colleagues. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in cosmetic skin care and injectables.
• Proficient in administering neurotoxins and facial dermal fillers.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate suitability for aesthetic procedures.
• Educate patients on options, outcomes, care, and risks.

Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with cosmetic injectable treatments and other non-invasive procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, and developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, and treatment administration. Must be available to work an occasional weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating suitability for aesthetic procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks.
• Perform injectable treatments and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document all treatments accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medication administration details and patient responses.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic injections.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of advanced knowledge of skin care treatment and cosmetic injectables
• Expertise: Advance skills in administering neurotoxins, facial fillers and other cosmetic injectable treatments is required
• Licensure: Current and active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Associate.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
