Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing AES projects from Order Entry through Project Closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with contracts and purchase orders.
• Support project financial activities including cost tracking, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and leadership.
